Hey! I'm so glad that you've found your way here.
I'm Tatiana, a licensed trauma therapist and somatic practitioner.
I created Roadmap to Rewiring because I know how difficult it is to find a therapist during these times, let alone find someone who's a good fit. I wanted to create something practical that you can use now.

This course is entirely self-paced and I do not offer 1:1 support for members enrolled in this course. However, I will provide Q&A opportunities on Instagram Stories for you to ask all of your questions while completing the course.
No, you do not need to be one of my therapy clients to buy this course. I created this course to support more people outside of the therapy room, so this course is for anyone who is ready to start healing their nervous system.
If you are meeting with a somatic therapist, then you may already be familiar with some of the exercises provided in this course. However, if you're mostly doing talk therapy, then this course will be a great addition to your healing.
If you're not doing any form of somatic work, I would highly encourage you to get this course to support your healing process.
